BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL IN FULL HOUSEHOLD
-aeration of the room
- complete change of bed linen, towels, bath mat
-vacuum
- disinfection of sanitary facilities, washbasin, showers, baths, handles (doors, windows, drawers, cupboards) Remote controls, switches, toilets etc…. all contact surfaces
- cleaning of air conditioner filters at each change of tenant, decontamination was done by professionals at the start of the season as every year
DURING YOUR DAILY HOUSEHOLD TRIP
-aeration
-after cleaning disinfection: sanitary, handles, trash, toilet etc ... ..
-in each room is installed a wall-mounted dispenser of hydroalcoholic gel and liquid soap
COMMON PARTS
- swimming pools are authorized since they are continuously disinfected with treatments based on bleach derivatives, one family at a time in the swimming pool
- holidaymakers will have 1 bath towel put in a bag that they will keep for the duration of their stay, you will need to take it to your room; when you leave the sunbath it will be disinfected
-1 wall-mounted dispenser of hydroalcoholic gel is installed at the entrance to the pool House
-for sunbathing: there will be 6 set 2 by 2 for couples, with a distance of much more than a meter, the others will be distant from a meter
- daily disinfection of sunbathing and all contact points
- the pool house will be washed and disinfected at all contact points, as well as the tables distributed in the garden
LAUNDRY CARE
All linen will be washed at 60 ° with the addition of a specific disinfectant put with our PRO detergent which already contains stain remover and disinfectant
BREAKFAST
for each family a table will be allocated to it, it will be washed and disinfected each time they leave it
FOR YOUR MEALS BEFORE THE OPENING OF THE RESTAURANTS
practically all make take-away and these are very good tables, we will put tables in the garden and dishes, as well as a microwave at your disposal, on the other hand in order to avoid contagion, you will set up and clear your table yourself, when you're done eating, throw your trash in the trash, rinse the dishes and put them back in the dishwasher
FOR YOUR SAFETY
we will wear masks and gloves while the pandemic is active, when preparing food

The property has a surface area of around 300m², it’s made with old materials and made by craftsmen. It has an exceptional location on the south side of the hill, it is at an altitude of 50m, it dominates the Bay of Saint Tropez and gives you a sea view at east ; at eastern south the magnificent village of Gassin, the hills of the Massif des Maures from east to west delight the landscape. Quietness with neighbouring vineyard, but even so nearly from all conveniences :

800m to the village center, 700m to the supermarket, 500m to the fast road which lets you go to the beach more quickly whithout going through the village.

4 km to the sea, 9km to Saint Tropez, 9km to Ste Maxime.
The villa entirely air-conditioned has wifi, the 2 rooms have private shower-room or bathroom and a lcd tv. The lounge has a plasma tv.
During your stay, you benefit by a Mediterranean garden with many trees, a big pool with security system by sonar, with furniture for sunbathing ; in front of the pool is the big pool house with a real kitchen and a dining room. The barbecue is placed side by side with hot and cold water sink and work-top. Many terraces are around the villa. The terrace between the lounge and the swimming pool has a bower with a very nice and great garden lounge, which is ideal for farniente and for the drinks time.
Come to benefit by our indian summer, the softness of the preseason and back end, so the quietness of this villa during the high season although near of shops and village.
