This 70m2 loft cottage planned for 1 to 4 people (THERE IS AN ERROR IN THE TITLE OF THE PAGE, IT IS 1 TO 4 PEOPLE) combines comfort and luxury. It is treated like a loft, all in an open area, in order to make the most of the space. The 12m2 bedroom can be isolated from the rest of the house by a set of thick drapes. The 2nd convertible berth in 140cm can remain open during the day without hindering traffic. This sofa bed is equipped with mattresses designed for everyday sleeping.

The bar kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, very complete cookware and crockery.

In the bathroom you will find corner bath, shower, 2 independent washbasins each with their worktop, integrated washing machine and dryer, closed WC, linen matching the colors of the marble.

Kitchen and bathroom are all in marble.

LCD TV, stereo, air conditioning, safe and free wifi.

Outdoor terrace with gazebo to protect you from the sun. This terrace is equipped with a table and 6 chairs, a lounge area with a coffee table and 2 armchairs for your greater comfort. Barbecue, fountain, green space, private and free parking, direct access to the swimming pool and the Mediterranean garden.

For a stay of 2 weeks or more we change all the household linen on Saturday.
