DURING YOUR DAILY HOUSEHOLD TRIP

COMMON PARTS
- swimming pools are authorized since they are continuously disinfected with treatments based on bleach derivatives, one family at a time in the swimming pool
- holidaymakers will have 1 bath towel put in a bag that they will keep for the duration of their stay, you will need to take it to your room; when you leave the sunbath it will be disinfected

LAUNDRY CARE

The property has a surface area of around 300m², it’s made with old materials and made by craftsmen. It has an exceptional location on the south side of the hill, it is at an altitude of 50m, it dominates the Bay of Saint Tropez and gives you a sea view at east ; at eastern south the magnificent village of Gassin, the hills of the Massif des Maures from east to west delight the landscape. Quietness with neighbouring vineyard, but even so nearly from all conveniences :

The villa entirely air-conditioned has wifi, the 2 rooms have private shower-room or bathroom and a lcd tv. The lounge has a plasma tv.
During your stay, you benefit by a Mediterranean garden with many trees, a big pool with security system by sonar, with furniture for sunbathing ; in front of the pool is the big pool house with a real kitchen and a dining room. The barbecue is placed side by side with hot and cold water sink and work-top. Many terraces are around the villa. The terrace between the lounge and the swimming pool has a bower with a very nice and great garden lounge, which is ideal for farniente and for the drinks time.

Das Anwesen mit einer Fläche von ca. 300 m2 wurde mit traditionellen Materialien und Kunsthandwerk erbaut. In einer einzigartigen Lage am südlichen Hang des Hügels, auf einer Höhe von 50m über dem Meeresspiegel, überblickt es den Golf von Saint Tropez. Nach Osten bietet es einen Blick auf das Meer, nach Süd-Osten auf das schöne Dorf Gassin und in der Ferne verzaubern die Hügel des „Massif des Maures“ die Landschaft. Trotz der ruhigen Lage direkt neben den Weinbergen haben Sie alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe:

800m bis zum Dorfzentrum, 700m zum nächsten Supermarkt, 500m bis zur Schnellstrasse, welche nicht durch das Dorf fährt und schnell zum Strand führt.

Bis zum Meer sind es nur 4km, nach St Tropez und Ste Maxime nur 9 km
Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert und mit WLAN ausgestattet. Zu den 2 Schlafzimmern gehören eine eigene Dusche bzw. ein eigenes Bad und ein LCD-Bildschirm. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Plasma-Bildschirm.
Während Ihres Aufenthaltes können Sie sich im mediterranen Garten von 2500m2 mit seinem großen kindersicheren Schwimmbad mit Liegestühlen und seinem großzügigen „Poolhouse“ mit echter Küche und Esszimmer entspannen. Neben dem Poolhouse finden Sie einen Grill, ein Waschbecken mit Kalt- und Warmwasser und eine Arbeitsfläche. Das Anwesen ist von verschiedenen Terrassen umgeschlossen. Die vor dem Wohnzimmer der Villa liegende Terrasse, mit Blick auf den Pool, ist mit einem Pavillon und bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestaltet, ideal zum Entspannen und Cocktails trinken.
Geniessen Sie sowohl die Milde der Nebensaison, als auch die Ruhe dieser Villa in der Hochsaison, mit all ihren Vorzügen.
